Our rental service

Several payment methods are accepted on the Natalys website. You have the choice between:

• Credit Card: Credit Card, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
• Paypal: We offer secure payment with Paypal in 4 installments at no additional cost from 30€ of purchase.
• Payment in 3x with Alma (from XX€): the first installment must be paid when placing the order.
• Gift card and e-gift card: You can pay for all or part of your order by indicating the number of your card or e-gift card.
• Loyalty voucher: If you join the Natalys loyalty program.
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

You can check the status of your order in your customer area, by clicking on "My orders".

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of this and indicating the tracking number for your package. You can then track your package at any time on the carrier's website.

You can pay for all or part of your order by gift card in store or on Natalys.com. If the amount of the gift card is less than the total of the order, you must pay the balance by the other means of payment offered. If the amount of the gift card is greater than the total of the order, the order will be paid for entirely by gift card.

The balance of the gift card remains credited to your account.

You can use several gift cards to pay for your order. On the purchase tunnel payment method selection page, select the gift card by entering the gift card number, then enter the amount to be used and confirm. Renew the operation as many times as you wish.

In store, you just have to present the barcode received in your email when you go to checkout.

On our site Natalys.com, you must first validate your basket, fill in your details and choose your delivery method. Once at the payment stage, you can select the loyalty coupon available in your customer account, and complete if necessary with another means of payment.
